I don't have them mounted up yet but I picked up the mounts with T-nuts from @EddyRRT to go with quick fists. Those things are solid!

 

Those rubbers grip that shaft pretty well!

It was a gen2 with a Tacoma or Toyota grill like this....can't remember which one, also had amber fogs.

As you can see there's just barely enough room to have all these mounted and still be able to open the RTT

 

If i get the Quick Fists, i’d have to figure out a way to mount them to the round tubing of the roof basket

 

As @JimboAnz said you can hose clamp them

 

You might could get Eddy to weld you up a bracket for the basket. There are two on my rack for the hi-lift and plenty of room for more.

Where do you have your fire extinguisher mounted at? Just curious I still cant find a place I'm happy with for mine.

 

Quick fisted to bed rails is where I usually see them, but not seen a lot.

 

Hey @JimboAnz how well does your two bar setup hold the RTT in place when you have it on? Any play or anything?

 

No play. Solid. The bars have large baseplates to make them solid

 

That's tempting. I could probably drop a good bit of weight going that route, and maybe get some cash out of selling the rack.

 

How tall are your bars?
