Good. You'll enjoy it just try not to get one that's going to be problematic because that will make ownership miserable.

Thanks, yeah I only need to refuel every 3 or 4 trips to the lake. It goes plenty fast for me too.

Here is ours hooked up to the Tacoma. Towed it fairly well, although I am not sure I would tow very far with the Tacoma.

I was actually very surprised how well it did. I thought the tongue weight would crush the suspension to the bump stops because I still don't have the rear suspension TSB done. I would not hesitate getting the boat you want to get if you have the Tacoma to tow with. My boat is a 21 footer so a 23 footer will obviously weigh a bit more, but I think you would still do fine. Things to consider is how far would you be towing to the boat ramp? Hills? Winding roads?

I did not tow mine very far, but would think twice about going on some lengthy tow up the steep hills we have here in SoCal. I normally tow with a 3/4 ton Suburban which does awesome, especially with 8 people. In the next few weeks when we start going to the lake again with fewer than four people I am going to use the Tacoma. I will let you know how it goes.

Yes my trailer has brakes on both axles. DO NOT buy any wakeboard style boat that sits on a trailer without brakes, even with a large tow vehicle I don't think its safe. Good luck with your boat purchase, there are some great deals out there right now with people needing to get out of their toys!
