    Here's the instructions from the FSM for disabling the seat belt chime in a 2011 Tacoma. I dont have a 2011 so I can't test it but hopefully this helps.

    (1) Turn the ignition switch ON.

    (2) Press the ODO/TRIP switch until the odometer displays "ODO".

    (3) Turn the ignition switch off.

    (4) Turn the ignition switch ON.

    (5) Press the ODO/TRIP switch immediately (within 6 seconds) and hold it down for 10 seconds or more.

    (6) Continue holding down the ODO/TRIP switch and fasten the driver side seat belt.

    (7) Check that the odometer displays either "b-on" or "b-oFF".

    (8) Press the ODO/TRIP switch to change the display to "b-oFF".

    (9) Turn the ignition switch off.

    (10) Turn the ignition switch ON.

    (11) Check that no buzzer sounds when the vehicle speed is 20 km/h (12 mph) or more.

    All the time!!!
    When I bought my 15 Taco new I told the guys at the shop, I was a farmer and couldn’t take that crap! Have to get in and out all the time in the fields, changing water, and other stuff. They redid mine at the dealership then, it will chime three times when first started, then never again until killed and restarted. I never even hear mine now, got used to the first three I guess cause I never even hear it

    I bought a $49 copy of techstream, had some southeast asian guy install it via remote login on a $75 refurbished Tiger Direct laptop. I then plugged this whole super sketchy mess into a $19 USB/OBD interface and turned the seatbelt chime off.
