Went up around Swan Lake before they start closing down the area for the season. Scouted out some great camping spots for next year....

Finally was able to get onto the trails and do some wheeling and some pistol shooting up in the mountains between Whiskeytown and Shasta Lake, overlooking Redding. Here, you can see Shasta Dam just above the hood out in the distance, along with some old mining equipment.

And just a bit further up the trail pointing in the other direction, you'll see the valley with Redding out in the distance...

Felt good to get some dirt and mud on the wheels and in the wheel well

Yup! It was pretty difficult... not as difficult as John Bull, but surprisingly close.

Anyone know of any trails or ridge roads that are accessible near Fremont Ca?
I'm planning to head out to Hollister as soon as I get a full day off work but would like to go through the 4wd modes on my truck first even if its not on a very difficult trail.

Awesome build, I have to stop looking at these...

(Sucks about selling the bike, but I get how it feels...contemplating selling my quad for the same reason)

Nope. I actually put 300 miles on my truck today. Heat didn’t bother it. Looks awesome!

This was the 1st thing I have ever Plasti-Dip’d. I actually took it off and sprayed it. I was patient and waited 30 min between coats. I put 5 coats on and it came out perfect.
