What's the D-Ring option? I thought they all come with D-rings as part of the deck rail system?

Those are the d rings that are bolted onto the bottom of the box. Everyone gets the cleats that can be moved. If you're trying down a dirt bike or like running a locking cable through thing's in the bed, they're really useful.

Those are a must have accessory for me. I was only asking because the feature brochure says the rail system comes standard with cleats and 4 tie down points (which I assumes were the 2 rear D-rings & the 2 front solid brackets. I know when I bought my 2012 they came standard and I use them all the time.

In the black leather, you can get gun metal or orange trim, so I chose gunmetal

I wanted to replace the head unit, but I've read that it's an integral part of the JBL system, that's why I didn't want JBL. So I either get a manual trans, or a 2017 and lose out on the leather.

Spotted a few today so snapped some quick pics. I figured it's good to see the new grille on a few different colors for those wondering. Also shows an 18 and 17 comparison, front and back, although the back is the same on both.

No trade, never trade a car.. always sell yourself if you want the top $ for it... dealers are always going to pay less. I know I’m some states trades work better due to the tax Benicia of only paying on the difference. But here in Cali you always pay tax on the full selling price. FYI, I leased mine. $2k paid at signing- And 36 months @ $380 per, 12k miles included a year.

I wanted to order one with the black / orange interior, but didn’t want to wait. Do people ever do interior swaps? I know hood swaps is a thing in Taco World group, Which I’d be open to (I had the scoop on my Pro and liked it) but how hard would it be to swap seat covers and the orange dash bezel?

The 2018 grill isnt all that bad really. Ugly but at least its not 100% chrome like the 16/17. Its easier on the eyes . IMO

Look great with the Inferno, doesn't fit with others color.

Hope it’s just an option with the black leather and not the only option. IMO the orange is hideous.

Look at pkg info. It's only an option, not mandatory. The orange dash trim only comes with the black interior with orange stitching. You do not have the choose that. You can choose leather or cloth seats with no orange stitching and you won't have the orange dash trim.

That's at least how it used to be unless something changed

On the website for me. Choosing black leather shows the orange ring. No other options. Orange is very specific. I can't imagine they'd push that in more than a handful if buyers.

You can only choose what's being built. Change your zip code and you'll see other options. Or wait a week and try again
