    You think these are different than what came in my base 2007. Also do you think these are a direct replacement. That is the worse stereo I have ever had in any vehicle I have ever owned.

    I think they changed in '12 but I'm not sure. They actually sound pretty good for stock speakers.

    @Ricky B looks like it would take a slight modification or bracket to fit the 2012-2015 style in a 2005-2011 Tacoma.

    Bump...FWIW.... for those thinking pffft the stock speakers are lame-o...... I recently installed the RAAMmat/Ensolite in the doors of my double cab and was amazed at how much it improved the sound of the stock speakers.
