Hopefully they make it right for you. Maybe that means the expo pack or a refund so you can get Dakar’s. Either way they need to update their website and stop telling people the standard pack can handle anything more than 1-200lbs.

I agree, they need to go through and update everything on their site. I got their skid plates and found they don’t work with a sway bar, that is no where on their site.

Usually shocks act as limiters not lifters. What happened when you removed your shocks and measured?

Is that just half a leaf at the top of the pack?

How much room should there be between the leafs and the upper frame.

What is stock?,,,and what should the All pros bring it up to?

I first put on All-Pro standards a little over a year ago. As mentioned, they rode great. I honestly didn't even notice a difference is ride quality coming from a progressive AAL. They also gave me an extra 1.5" of lift. I was pretty happy with their performance, and I don't remember having any uptravel issues. Loaded with camping gear and a RTT, I certainly don't think they were at a negative arch like yours almost are. It makes me wonder if Zach is right and they're going through some quality control issues.

Regardless, after 6 months I needed (wanted) more capacity, so my friend helped me "frankenstein" a Dakar AAL into the All-Pro pack. As mentioned above, these All-Pro packs are not easy to modify or add to. It took a torch and a bfh to get the braces off. After it was all done I loved the performance of the AAL. An extra 1.5" of rake, more load capacity, etc.. But I also think it introduced a number of other smaller issues. I immediately had nasty take-off vibes from my drivetrain. There's an issue with the top leaf not being secured down anymore. And the entire leaf pack is rusting all to hell. I have friends with Dakar packs that have seen multiple winters and they look 10x in better condition than mine.

My plan is this spring to go to Dakar + AAL.

No add a leaf, but I might put one in. My Dakars are a few years old. I went and looked again. I have about 2.5 inches between the frame and bump stop. The thing about the Wheelers superbumps is that they compress pretty far before you actually hit the "stop". I honestly just think that the AP standard pack isnt up to the extra weight.

I recently installed Icon's full leaf pack. Installed in configuration #2 according to their instructions. Rear end sits a little over 2 inches over stock with around 200 lbs in the bed. I've got 4.5 inches of up travel before my superbumps are fully compressed.

I also added half an inch of shims to the superbumps so that when they're fully compressed I'll have 1/2" of shock piston still exposed.

Might wanna look at the Icon full pack OP.

Yes, the AP leaf pack has one or two half length leafs just on the front of the pack to combat axle wrap.

I also still get axle wrap with standards.

Same issue here. And these are the expos. I pack it up light for the most part besides a heavy yeti65 and just skimming the bumps. I will be looking into a better leaf suited for my needs

Sitting very low too I’d think the expos ride higher.

I have the same setup. All pro standard pack w wheelers bump stops. I have 3 1/2 inches of space. My leafs are about 3+ yr old. From the look of your pics, you installed the leafs backwards.

From the writing on the leaf packs. Compared to mine, they’re backwards.
