Damnit, we all need to pitch in and get Alex a set of tools. You could have done your brakes yourself for like $60.

Does it have to be local or can it be national? How about our recycling program where nothing gets recycled because the state doesn't fund it enough to be productive and most of the recycling gets throw into the city dump. There is also the water issue that has been going on since I moved here 15 years ago and hasn't progressed since. And to complete the tri-fecta....the air pollution problem caused by coal burning plants and hazardous air pollutants that are being released in the air b/c politicians are being paid.

Paying for labor sucks!!! I always borrow dom's jack stands and jack when I work on mine. Takes 15min to change oil and I know that it was actually changed. We got in trouble one time b/c I parked in the handicap spot and had all 4 wheels off just sitting there on jack stands while we were polluting the air with CFC's. Hey...theres one you can write on...How we pollute our air to make things look better.

It's a filter wrench. When I was a kid my Dad would just hammer a screwdriver into the side of it and start turning. That was back when cars had more space under the hood.

    Hey Greg!
Umm, so three weeks is enough time for another set of sliders, right? I volunteer my truck to guinea pig those changes you were talking about!!! or the maybe buy old ones so you could reap the benefits of your design... :D... jk, I know it's prolly totally unrealistic, but hey, ya never know, right?

Isn't your oil filter located at the top of the engine? The screwdriver is the way to go...screw spending $4

Make those templates exactly what you want. PM me for my address.
I'm racing to get skid plates done. Bumpers and more sliders aren't going to happen until the fall semester.
... and you'll 80% of the way to buying yourself a $5 foot long!

Don't forget the change they are $5.35 for a $5 footlong, so if I did my math right its 74.8% the way there. Now you have some percentage leftover to get some jalapeños and maybe a cookie...depends if the cashier likes you or not.:hungry:
