    No it's not. Lots of people run legitimate commercial businesses out of their homes. Including the fortune teller at the end of my street. She does special readings for $10 sometimes. Maybe I can go ask her if everyone is going to get their shtuff from this GB.

    Depending on where you live it may not be completely legal to run a legitimate business from an apartment because you aren't paying commercial property tax like you are supposed to.

    It is not common at all for a legitimate business to be run from an apartment complex. Particularly for one that would have potential to receive and hold inventory.
