snugtop or no snug that is my question

well i just took my snugtop off today but it looks weird since i have had the snug on for so long. well just want to know what you guys think. well the picture are in different spot, ill fix that tomorrow or it looks better

I myself have a camper shell on my truck too. I personally think your truck looks good either way but my vote is for the shell.

 

I like caps so I would say on but it looks good with out is as well. I guess will depend on how you would use the bed with or without it.

 

well i like it both ways, but since summer time is coming up i thought it was be nice to just throw things in the back and keep it clean. The camper makes me feel like its winter time, makes me just throw all my stuff in the back and for get about it.

I have a DoubleCab the same as yours (only it's silver) and I've never thought about putting a cap on it. I never really liked them. Yours, however, looks really good on your truck. I think it's because it's a high quality perfectly fit cap. It flows really good with the lines of the truck and I like the big windows on the sides. It looks good either way, I personally like having an open bed so I can just toss stuff back there, but having a cap would be a nice way to keeps things secure. You should just rotate it out for summer/winter. I like that idea.

p.s. Is that the All-Pro rear bumper? I've been thinking about getting one of those. Do you like it? Also, how does the receiver hitch work? Could I use my factory Class III rated one or do you have to use one built into the bumper that can't tow much?

 

thanks guys. buy the way to who asked me about my bumper its a allpro bumper and i get so many compliments on it, the hitch and everything is all factory, it works really good.

I think ill leave the shell off for a little while till i go camping.

 

a shell is good if you need to carry dead bodies/animals on the downlow

 

I think the shell looks great on your truck. It looks better on a tacoma with a 6" lift and 35's like yours, but not soo much stock or just a 3"...well maybe a 3" lift also.

But I like it either way, I would just swap it, off for summer, on for winter.

 

What model snugtop is that? I've been looking around for one and yours looks pretty darn good
