    Huh, interesting.
I’ve only recently noticed this issue, and was about to try and fix it.

Guess I’ll wait for my letter now.

I have a little vibration in mine at low speeds, mostly 30-40 mph. I have been blaming it on the Nitto's, but maybe it's this?

I got this recall notice too.

In the envelope there is also another paper that says the dealer may charge diagnosis fees if there isn't a problem with the u-joints.

Yup. Me too. I'm pretty sure my U-joints need replacing (vibration began only a month or two ago and greasing changed the nature of the vibration but didn't eliminate it) but a bit leery of being charged a diagnosis fee if that's not the source of vibration. Truck's not insured at the moment, but I think I'll take it in after Christmas.

Just got this letter today. I had some vibration sometimes when I start rolling, and some noise. I suspect the carrier bearing, but the dealer can definitely take a look at the u-joints!

Got this in the mail today. If Toyota wants to replace my ujoints at 497,000 km then they are welcome to. :D I don't have any noticeable problems with them at the moment though.

Usually ujoint failure is noticeable because the vibration is there under throttle but goes away when you're coasting.

I've already had the carrier and u-joint replaced, it started shaking again. Wondering if I should have Toyota look at mine?

It’s not a recall. It clearly states Warranty Enhancement.

Forgot to mention new driveshaft does not have any grease nipples/Zerks.

Anyone else with non greasable driveshaft ?
