I dont personally know any fan of college football that is happy or proud to see a player get injured. Maybe I just hang with a better crowd? I would immediately denounce the statements from a fan or fellow Alabama fan right there, if I were to be witness to it.

 

Yep. Disputable isnt the fault of Alabama. Or any other college football team. The issue lies with the systems employed to crown the champions....not the teams themselves.

 

I HATE it. I never want a kid injured, but I seriously have coworkers (nobody on this thread) say things like "haha FSU sucks because we knocked out their QB" with a smile and proudly. I'm like, "really? you're ok with hurting a kid?"

correct, but are you really proud to claim disputable titles? I wouldn't be. If LSU was in that situation I'd say LSU has 7. That's just me. I mean, losing your final game of the year, not playing in the title, or getting less votes than another team....but years down the road someone says "eh let's make em co-champs" you're ok with that?

Kerryon Johnson was impressive to watch. Wish he hadn't gotten hurt in the Alabama game. He is a monster.

 

Whether I'm ok with it isnt going to change the end result.
