    I never ran the 5100s, but I am loving the ride. On road it is a little stiffer than stock but way better in the corners. Off Road is amazing. I have a tiny little rub on the Cab mounts at full lock ONLY when bouncing down hill off roading. I think it's been worth every penny I've spent.

    Thanks! They're 17" KMC XD129 wheels. A little wide though, 9". I think I'm the first one to run them on a tacoma!

    before the icons I had Bilstein 6112's. I did cmc. Also, it would rub on the bumper turning into a driveway. but after the icons no rubbing at all.

    I'm still trying to come up with a good idea. In this pic I just used a 1" ratchet strap, which is what I usually do for my trips. Either way I need to come up with something more permanent.

    Does anyone have a 2017 sport with 285's that did not require a CMC?

    My truck will be in the shop soon. Doing a 3" lift with new control arms and the ECGS bushing replacement and putting 285 Falkens on 17" wheels with a -12 offset.

    I met a member with 2.5” lift, 285 tires and ZERO offset on the rims. No trimming and no CMC required.

    He said the key is having zero offset rims.
