Just got my tracking info for products I ordered from Battleborn on Black Friday. UPS says my 4 items will be here December 5th.

Chas called me back yesterday about an hour after we got off the phone. He said he had spent the previous hour on the phone with Transamerica & Method and that Method was going to drop ship directly to my address (he mentioned this is something they normally never do, they ship to distributor and then they ship to the buyer) He mentioned that he requested they be expedited and that I would get a tracking number from him yesterday hopefully. I unfortunately did not get a call back with tracking & I was so busy today I never got a chance to call. Chas repeatedly apologized for the delay in shipping.

As far as I can tell the order has not updated with any sort of tracking on the Moore website. I'm going to try to call tomorrow but I am not gonna hold my breath seeing that is the weekend. Lift & Tires have arrived and just waiting on the rims to get everything put on the truck. I bought these for my brother to go on his 2018 Tundra, he requested if there was no tracking by Monday to then file a claim with Paypal.

Again I bought my Rigid lights in the the most recent GB on here which ended up being shipped/billed through Moore Racing and everything went nice & smooth with that. I still have some hope things will be amended. I believe the biggest issue is from the sound of it, short staffing. Calling the Moore phone number you can tell the voicemail is somebodies cell phone & message was recorded while they were driving (you can hear the wind in backround). It sounds a lot like a 1 man band business which is very difficult to do, especially reliably.


Jake has been great in helping me with all my questions and concerns. However the biggest question is how a group buy was sourced through somebody with such a shotty and lengthy known reputation (Moore/Battleborn). I do not believe Jake had any ill intent in this what so ever but some more research probably would of been the best idea prior to starting the GB.
