I've had several 1911's and currently have a Colt. They are awesome pistols but for this very reason she is a safe queen. I currently have 2 Glocks a 17 and a 23. The 23 is my edc and I've used both of the Glocks as my sidearm while hunting and fishing with no worries of damaging them. And if a polymer gun gets scratched or marred who cares, they are ugly anyway.

I carry a 23 as well and it is all scratched up, my workhorse of the collection. I have a Remington R1 that I got used at a killer deal. I carry the 1911 mostly on the farm and sometimes cc depending on what cloths I'm wearing. I try to take care of that one a little better but it is still a tool. If I had a nice pristine colt it would stay a safe queen.

That wolf is mostly really good in all my target rifles... but I get 1-2 flyers per box. That's why I stepped over to Lapua.

I just ordered a smith and Wesson mp9 m2.0 compact for $400 from sportsman outdoor superstore. The only gun shop in my area who had them in stock wanted $569.

    Too few to list.
These seems to be really popular. Have you shot it yet? If so, how do you like it so far? My uncle will be having me to keep his Colt LE6920 because of Commifornia laws and him not wanting to modify it. For my first AR, I was leaning DDM4 V7.
