Yup, that was what I was thinking aswell. The part that tripped me up the most was that he told me it would be dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer and can expect it in 1-2 days. Talked to them and they didn’t even have an order from him and figured he may just place a large order all at once and shipped over to Vegas. At this point, kinda sucks that I have to wait a little longer... but I did want to save every dollar I could haha

So this Arabic guy calls me to get a quote for 10-140 watt led lights ( 400$ each ) I tell him with lift rental, labor, and parts it’s going to be 7k ... he lost his shit ... he said I should only be making about 400$ profit off him. I told him good work ain’t cheap and cheap Work ain’t good. Miss me with that shit work a Sunday for 400$ only

Edit: he owns a used car dealership so he should know a thing or two about marking up the prices

I'm good Nick. I have decided against using spacers. I just wanted to make sure I was understanding what all was meant by "supporting/lifting" when it comes to actual suspension.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, I've been silently banned and went the way of the Dodo bird!!!:goingcrazy::boom::bananadead::laughing::laugh::rofl::rofl::rofl:

I quit wearing regular shoes while off road a while back. Slipped way too often. Got myself some nice keen boots now. Two sets since I partially fucked up the first set by melting parts of them rendering them no longer waterproof

    I can't be a mod, I still drive a tacoma :D
Key words "announce yourself" that's the idea we all know he's just hanging out with another name.. or ya it's Ron @ODNAREM
Okie dokie, spacer is a good cheap lift but man that ride was rough... Exactly like my previous ride . The new suspension is going to be so weird to me at first, it's too smooth :bananadance::laugh:

To be honest the ride is roughly the same as before so. Not yet, on the 19th. Still waiting on the UCAs to show up too

:goingcrazy::goingcrazy::goingcrazy::goingcrazy::goingcrazy::goingcrazy::goingcrazy: I have a job now, but can't buy SHI* quite yet!!! :(:ballchain::frusty::annoyed:

I have to admit that even if "I" had the suspension already, I would want to wait for certain things to arrive... in this case, UCA's from what it sounds like?

Two or three nights ago I was looking into Icons myself (I'm pretty set on the extended travel setup) and thinking that even if I had the actual front/rear suspension I wouldn't want to put them on until I was able to get the UCA's as well. So, same thing as Nick... pretty much.

Interesting you mention that, the coil overs I bought are icon 2.5 extended travel. Would like to have the UCAs already but sounds like they're backed up, customer service is pretty great, they promised me I would have them in time for install and they're even giving me free shipping since the guy I was talking to visits HB often so I'm happy :D
