I'm trying to figure out the gear ratio of the spare front diff I have. Am I going about this correctly?
If I spin the input (where the driveshaft would mate) enough times to spin the output (where the CV goes in) 1 full rotation and count how many times the that is, will I get the correct ratio? Doing that, I get just over 3 and a half turns, which seems to match up to the 3.58 ratio.

Garrett- I wanna buy those step bits like yours. Are they Lennox?

What’s your opinion on the Irwin brand of similar step bits (I think they call them Unibits)

Trying to use up my 2017 tool budget before I lose it.

Anyone have an opinion on these Dewalt toolboxes? They’re on sale right now at HD

I took some measurements to see if they will fit the truck bed. I was thinking a possible camp kitchen setup.

Yes they are Lennox. Try to find a kit that has a small medium and large bit. Irwin is good too. I think dewalt makes inhibits as well. I know you're a big dewalt fan.

So I will be selling 5 285/75/16 General grabber a/t 2 soon. Anyone interested, or know anyone? $100 a tire or $450 for 5.

Probably within the next week or two. I'll be posting in the wheels and tire thread once I have them off the truck with pics. Just giving you guys a heads up first.

Truth. 1/10 would not recommend. I had one... and the cheaper husky box... wheels fell apart on the husky box and the handle ripped out of the dewalt.

Ended up finding a rather sturdy box at walmart.
