Is there a difference between these three smaller ports. Which one would be best for the FPR for now until I get the 440cc’s. Right now it’s on the one on the left.A96EE921-9A60-4F23-9550-4443E0F5C232.jpg

They’re all the same. They only see boost, no vac. I hooked up my boost gauge to all three of them and I wasn’t able to get a vac signal from any of them

That's incorrect. They are going to slightly different places in relationship to the TB plate. I've done vacuum tests on them and they each are slightly different but they all pull a small amount of vacuum. But they all go to either the VSV, Vac modulator or the EGR(all EGR related).

I use my boost reference at the manifold near power steering reservoir. It is the cleanest signal to what your truck is actually doing when it comes to boost and fueling. I was getting weird signals at the throttle body.

Awesome to hear the 440cc are working out.

It must be a very small amount of vac then b/c my gauge didn’t move all when hooked up to any of them at idle.

Anyhow, I’m no longer using any of those. I replaced the plug on the back of the manifold with a vac nipple and have the FPR and gauge both reading off of that. I assumed that it is essentially the same as the one on the front just with out having to t into the power steering vac line. Am I thinking about it incorrectly?

I think they only really pull vac depending on throttle response. I'm not sure about the pwr steering vac line.... that's not one I've removed or researched 4 times in the past few weeks. ;)

That's a clean way of doing that. Same thing. I can't tap my manifold because of emissions unless I get a different manifold.

It was just an existing plug on the back of the manifold right next to where the EGR mounts up. I just replaced it with a nipple. Does yours have that same plug? It looks like a square 10mm bolt

If you have an expected amount of engine HP, then you can use a flow calculator to know how much engine HP those injectors will handle.

Nice. I also unplugged my battery for a good while too to reset the ECU. This should help it relearn the fuel maps for the new injectors

Any feedback yet on the 440cc injectors and the GM knock sensor ?

I got to drive it around more the last few days. Still starts up easier, throttle feels more responsive, and AFR seem like there is fuel to spare. At 7psi when the AFR’s drop, they’re sitting at 10.0. Way rich which tells me there’s room for a little more boost if I want

Just to make sure. Do you have your FPR vac line going to the intake in the back port that usually has a plug and is the FPR stock

Yeah I have both my FPR and boost gauge sourced there. The added vac that is read there is what lets it trim the extra fuel at idle and lower RPM driving. You could also use the one on the front as well. As long as it’s a source off the plenum not near the Throttle Body

I’ll have to check my paper work when I get home to compare. I do know that mine were pink on top. But their site does also say colors may vary. Also my 440s came with adapter connectors so I didn’t have to cut the old plugs off. My 550s I ordered from them came like the ones you got now. Not sure why they’d be different
