Had to drop the headliner to do some cable management for the overhead switches and rack lights, so figured why not sound deaden it while I'm at it

P.S anyone remember the "Bad glue hood fiasco?" Well..seems like they used the same crappy adhesive for every support bar on the roof as well. not wonder it sounded like a rattle box.

Had some spare, so I did the rear doors(Did the fronts a while ago)

And got my rack all bolted up:D

Looks Awesome!! That’s my plan once I have to drop my headliner as well. Waiting on the doors until I get my audio and speaker upgrade. Please please show some more pics of this amazing roof rack!!

Installed bed stiffeners courtesy of rago fabrication, who shipped them after a slight delay. Threw in some patches and a hand written letter. FYI I could not reuse all of the stock bolts, the ones that hold the tie down were too short and had to pick some up at the hardware store.

Comparable to a TRD. Maybe a little louder. Have old video but sounds better now after a few months. This was new 4 months ago.

General maintenance day today. Took care of some nagging things that I just haven't had time to get to. Lubed all the contact pads in my RXT leaf springs, heim joints and uniballs in my uca's as well as the heims on the coil overs.

Then, the leather seats have been rubbing against the center console causing a little squeak. First world problems. Nevertheless, problem solved with a trip to Micheals and some bulk loop Velcro. Quiet as a mouse now. Truck is ready for the next round of mods!

Here is a picture of my Katzkin's in The inferno and black. If I remember right I think it is called tangerine. Also a picture of the Nitto Ridge Grapplers! :)20160413_161549.jpg 20171124_190712.jpg

The ridge Grapplers seem quieter than the toyo's. Like them both. The toyo's are now on my 2011 Barcelona red. I had to pull out the angle grinder an modify the front of my fenders before leaving the Firestone parking lot, but all is good now and it sure looks good. Although they said I need front wheel bearing on driver side and brakes all around.

Also wanted to comment that the 2nd gen. With the 285's, drives hardly unnoticably different than with stock tires as far as shifting and power! Even with new gears in the 16, it doesn't drive as good as my 11 as far as the shifting and holding gears in my opinion. I believe Toyota really went backwards with this 6 speed tranny in the automatics.

    Matches the TRD Faux grille.

Actually looks good and a little more integrated than the prinsu. Custom?
