Haven't been following nor been on here in a while. Saw a group of Washington folks went out Veterans Day and had fun. I'm sure they're all part of TW : D Cool video and bad ass rigs!

A big event like that is definitely fun! Can get a bit congested out on busy trails but you meet some cool folks and the company is great!

Ah, I'm sorry I'll have to pass. I've been a pavement pounder for 5+ years now. Start my new job beginning of next month so hopefully I'll be able to catch up on maintenance, change out some suspension parts, and join a run or two next year.

 

Changed my serpentine belt today. 12 year old truck/136K miles. Thing would squeal like a damn dying pig!

 

Going to post up my RTT soon but giving you guys first shot. I believe 4 years old, i've slept in it about 15 nights and its always been kept inside during the winter and most of summers (stayed on truck which was mostly in the garage but not every night). Like new condition with minimal use.

Tepui Autana in haze orange with annex thats never been used except to see how I liked it. No rips/tears, just light fading on the travel cover.
Last time I used it was on the Rubicon trail over a year ago.
New they are $2600, Ill do $1500 on TW, it'll be going on CL later for more if it doesn't sell on here.

 

Yea my truck needs some mods too.... I have to wait until I finish school though

Today I got my first bufflehead, and ringneck (2 of them... no pic...) and another widgen. I’m starting to figure these birds out!

 

How much longer do you have to go? And what are you going for?

How were those ducks btw? Good eating? I don't duck hunt but do go big game hunting. Went elk hunting earlier last month and was lucky enough to fill my tag. Rifle - general 1st season coast. Got a spike the second day in the Wilson unit.

Sure did! Had a total of 8 people, 5 tags.

 

Nice spike! I hunt big game as well, but have not yet filled an elk tag. Next year is the year though! I really enjoy hunting ducks, but they taste really good as well. I pretty much turn them all into taco meat.

I am just about to start school next month. I spent my first years out of high school in the navy so I’m looking at four years until I finish my batchalors in Nursing.

 

Nice! Yeah, next year for sure! Not sure if I want to apply for the 3pt+ next year. What area do you go elk hunting? Coast area as well or?

And hell yeah on your service man! Post 9/11 GI Bill is the way to go. I got done using some of mine not long ago and still have some remaining to put towards my bachelor. I plan on working for a year or two and see how motivated I am lol
