I only rub at full turn and not all the time just about 60% of the time. Mostly plastic fender rubbing towards the rear of the fender.

I like the STT Pro’s. They're tough as hell off road & grip everything. A little loud and clunky on asphalt but if I was concerned about that I wouldn’t be running a mud tire.

Swapped out for some 285/75R16’s. I swear these are a better ride than the 265’s were. DB00A20E-7709-48B3-88C5-34E7BF6AA16E.jpg010A08C5-F6B0-4807-90B1-D9CB408A6452.jpg1E0145AE-8209-4786-8539-2A509C1DB1F5.jpg

Looks don't tell the entire story.

    Looks good btw

Most tires are decent when new, but just don't hold up to the test of time. Mud tires wear faster than A/T's as a rule. That said, almost 28,000 miles on mine. Rotated every 5k. They still ride excellent. No vibration. Noise level still quieter than the Duratracs they replace. Good on road/on wet road ability. Best mud tire I've owned. Impressed with wet rock ability.

    And they're wearing extremely well.

Yes! I ran them on my F-150. I had the 265/75R16 STT Pro’s on and Discount tire let me swap them out for 285’s. Cooper is the only MT I’ll run. I went through 2 sets of Nitto Trail Graps. They don’t even compare to the Coopers.

I do not have to trim or chop. Wheel off-set and back spacing is enough that I am good.

    Those are 315’s.

I have 285/75R16’s on mine. No cutting or chopping.

The Coopers are definitely better than Falkens. I’ve run Falken, Nitto, BFG, Goodyear.....Coopers are THE best tire I’ve ever run. Hands down!

    I'm really digging these tires.

I'll be going with a 17" wheel and a -12 offset as I'd like a bit more aggressive stance.....are those wheels in -12 offset gonna increase chance of rubbing and needing a chop on 285s?

These tires just look outrageously sick on MGM. Nice truck!

Yes you’ll have more rub the more - offset you go with, part of the reason I went with 0 offset on my 16x8 wheels. I’ve only rubbed a few times with 285/75s and it was the plastic on the back of the bumper. No CMC needed yet.... but the next trip to the Offroad Park will be the ultimate test.

My wheels are a -6 offset. Backspacing plays are part in it as well. My tires stick about 2” past the fender flares. I don’t want any more than that. I love how my truck looks.

Ur truck looks perfect. That's the kind of stance I'm looking for. Wondering now how much poking out -12 is gonna be if urs are 2" out at only -6 :confused:

-6 vs -12 is less is about a 1/4 inch. You’re truck will look fine.
