Are you trying to salvage his truck or is this in preparation of a part out?

 

Bumper needed removed to reclaim the winch and gain access to the passenger side coil bucket, to remove the shock and coil.
bumper was actually bent in on that side that was cut out. Wasn't worth saving.

 

7:00 am this morning and the front was completed.


Started to remove the rear packs.

Was actually nice working off the trailer, being able to tie things down and be off the ground.


By 9:00 am had the old shit back in.


After my brunch date, I'll be back to finish up.

Glad the trailer held up to the point loading of those jacks

 

I was more concerned about the jackstands.
It's a lot lighter now though, shouldn't be a problem.

 

This would be so much easier without leash rules.

Bad apples ruining it for everyone. He doesn't know what a leash is so every time it touches him he freaks out. Real fun on an ice covered trail.

Big thanks to @Night Eagle for the guidance. I now have 240v in the garage for the welder. Added a circuit breaker and plug.

 

Tim has the lower spherical bearings for under $10 and they take 15 minutes to change. Mine barely made it a year.

 

Talking to Tim. Might have to borrow some spacer lift stuff from him too
