Has to have a super thin, pointy or flexible, in that it can turn corners or round circles, tip. The Ginsu is super thin & pointy. Also flexible, but can't round circles. That would be the ideal. If I had something to wrap around the bolt that was super thin, yet would keep it's shape under pressure. Then crank down on the bolt.
If my idea doesn't work, it's gonna have to be bolt cutters. I'm not dismantling a bunch of stuff to get at it.

Got any old pipe laying around that you could hacksaw and put in there to tighten the bolt down on?

Sorry. Missed the notification for this. Nothing thin enough. That was more of a big idea pipe dream :) "Hey! I know!" .... Then a few minutes later of seriously scanning the odds & ends in the garage slowly it dawns on you that the likelihood of finding anything that would work in the garage, never mind at a hardware store or the guy up the road who's been doing this for a bazagillion years, is next to nil....
Think I got the fix though. I'll let you know. I just typed it out & then lost it & I was rambling anyway cuz I am tired, so I am signing off.
    Thank you again...

So finally last night I decided to look for a pic of the thing in my way (too dark to take one of mine). I posted it to the other thread I asked for help on cuz there were three of us posting & confusion as to what the part was was requiring clarification. Anywho, while I really knew somewhere in my melon that it was not the water pump, I still named it that? Not my style, but I was on research overload. Not an excuse, just a reason. Next time I'll ask first. Anywho, I wanted to get it straight & call it what it is, so posted & now I have a fix. I was nervous about detaching said misnamed part yesterday cuz it's hard-tubed in. I guess if I undo the bracket bolts I can lift it, hopefully enough, & clear the bolt head.
Wish I had thought to post this pic sooner. You probably would'a had the solution in a jiff....

Well all went according to plan, which is of course, make it up as you go along, improvise, improvise, improvise....

    Story time -
So once I removed the ac reservoir bolt (by breaking it :( ) I found that the mount bolt hole was just big enough for the bolt, in other words, no edge of the sleeve in sight so I could not "simply" drive the sleeve out. Think, think.... aha! I found a big ole drill bit that's a pinch wider than the bolt. Then since the hole was down a foot or so behind the grill I needed something to extend the bit. Think, think, think, think.... (this one took a little longer) aha! I took the middle section of my truck jack kit handle & inserted the bolt into the open end of it & clamped it in. It held good & I drove the bit into the hole, widening it just enough to be able to drive the sleeve through & grab it from underneath. Of course the bit was stuck now. Only needed one "think" this time cuz the bolt was right there & was the perfect size to drive the bit up & out. & for now, the ac reservoir is wired in. Oh, & the hood is giving me more guff than usual. PB blasted it, used the screwdriver to reset the hook.... no luck.... funny, out of all the hiccups along the way, this is the one that got me to uttering full sentences made up mostly of words I don't typically use.... anywho, guess I best see about a fix for the hood.

This has been a problem for a few years. Just one of those things that isn't in your face until it is, for a minute cuz you do the quick fix & then it's gone out of the noggin'.... until next time. Then you acclimate & start carrying a can of PBB & it has its very own screwdriver in the glove box.
Tailgate handle type thing.... I forgot it was malfunctioning & bought 10 70lb bags of some sort of garden stuff. Got out to the truck & :annoyed:Got a good workout though :curls: Ts'all good....

Oh yeah, as far as to flip or not, I tried it a few different ways & ended up flipping the ES prescribed position 2 mounts (4244 & 4243) & used those for position 2. & I used the ES prescribed position 3 mounts (4246 & 4245) & did not flip them. With them as they are now I have decent clearance behind position 2 & the cab & bed are as close to lined up as I could get it. So far, so good....

So i went ahead and ordered the full body kit.

Anyone have the part numbers for the body mount bolts? I already have the radiator mount bolts/nuts. I need the four big cab bolts and all the little ones. Plus all the nuts. :D

Also, when I install everything, i’ll give my universal radiator mounts to someone for the cost of postage. Since they are used. :)

I tried the part numbers listed in the OP and the only thing i can’t seem to find is the proper front and read cab mount (large) bolts. Everything else came right up in the parts search

I am getting a cab vibration at 65-70 that was not there before it went into the mechanic. Now, there was a heck of a lot of shaking after he got his hands on it. It has toned down a lot since I redid them, but is still there. This is not a wheel vibration. Not engine either. I feel it in the seat. The console shimmy shakes.... Bolts need tightening? I have not checked them since installing the mounts, so may be just that simple? :fingerscrossed:

I did the main carrier bearing earlier this year & all has been fine in driveshaft land since, however could something have been thrown off?

Is it shaking, or are you just feeling the road more. The ES poly bushings don't absorb as much movement as the stock rubber ones. You'll feel the road, trail, and flex of the body more.

Cab is kind of sagging on the driver’s side

The bolts up by the firewall were rusted to hell on mine. The rearmost bolts were like new. Or was it the other way around? I forget.

It's shaking. I know what you mean about the road feel, although my old ones were shot, so not much to compare these new one to.... This shaking I feel around 65-70, so I imagine if it was the road I would still feel something at 55 or 80. The other thing that I just thought of is I think it sort of calmed down a bit when the highway curved. Then started up again. That could have been all in the noggin'. Happens sometimes.... Ok. More than that, but I just tell them to be quiet....
Maybe I'll have to take her for a better highway run tomorrow.
