I dont, I think it would just attract soot and debris...a light coat of rem oil or something similar and wipe down.

You don’t have to, but it does definitely stay there much longer than oil

O boy yet another new "wonder" caliber :) Seems like every company is tossing out a slight variation of common calibers these days.

Just look at all the freedom haha!

I just came back from Chicago, went to an awesome gun store. You can't even handle anything there or even get ammo unless you're an Illinois resident and have some firearms card. Was a huge WTF moment. I wanted to check out a Sig SP2022, nope. Only through the glass. You could tell the salesman hated having to follow those stupid rules. I guess ARs and AKs are totally banned in Chicago city limits too. I brought my concealed carry with me, but had to leave it in my truck. Nothing like being in the most violent city in the USA and you can't even protect yourself. I'm sure the criminals love it.

So when we left and as soon as we hit the Indiana border to get back home, I told my woman, wait for it wait, and yelled freedom as soon as we crossed the border LOL! I'm a dork I know.

One of the salesmen I talked to was in college, he said he was out of that state as soon as he graduated. From the people I talked to there, the people in southern Illinois are pretty fed up with Chicago making all the rules.

I'm hoping for a new concealed pistol very soon, just can't make up my mind. I also have this lower sitting right here, that wants to become a rifle.

I have the same thing in a camouflage 45 Cal with a nickel barrel. Very nice set up.Do you know about the special 209 primers specifically made for black powder?
