i love roy d mercer. ill have to check youtube later for stuff i havent heard yet. he was on howard stern the other day so i guess hes still doing his thing lol.

 

I'm jealous. I've been trying to hit 200lbs since September or something and can't eat enough to do it. 4000 a day is about what I can hit.

 

What're you at? I sit between 200-210 throughout the year.

 

I sit between 175-180 and I would assume that my caloric intake is typically about 3k (obviously around the holidays I am much closer to 4k but I also am closer to the 180 side of the weight range) most of my physical activities do happen to fall in the holiday season though, due to huntin season so my extra calories almost wash out. I try and do ~15 mins of combined weight lifting and cardio 3-4 times a week in the bedroom

well my camera guy has had finals or some kinda junk so my left over video will be in a week or so at least. I did do a quick tips on jerky last night that ill edit and upload tonight tho hopefully
