    I stayed at 180 until I hit about 35, and my metabolism dropped a little and now my average stays around 225.

    I'm at about a little less than 185 when I wake up. I eat about 3500 calories a day. Need to jump it up to 4k but when I'm busy it's hard to eat that much.
