They just notched it at the bolt, or actually cut a section out to eliminate the triangle shape?

Shiiiiiiit. I've alwasy aspired to be an old Japanese gardener....

So do you know Ron (I think that his name) in materials management? I helped him and his manager develop a process and manuals for materials management there, to work with CMMS and also deal with the Mothership in SF (SFPUC). Met up there at Moccasin twice, IIRC. Also worked on the Moccasin master plan and site assessment documents, and on a few hydraulic and corrosion assessments for Cherry Aqueduct and the big penstocks down to Moccasin.

    Right on.

Do you mean Ray? I don't know any Rons but that's not saying much. When I started here were just over 100 people and now we're pushing 300... and I haven't kept up.

Cherry Aqueduct was a cool project but it'd be a pain to ever actually use it.

And the Moccasin Penstocks are in the exact same condition as when you were here. It's a priority (apparently) but the system is so old everything needs attention. Part of the reason they hired so many people, trying to get ahead of it.

So do you work with a consulting company?

My resi brackets are cut to accommodate the Relentless bumper reinforcement brackets. You can kinda see it here:

** EDIT - @916TacoTruck cut them for me at one of my mod days :D

Ray, that's it! A woman works there, too, I forget her name. They were both great to work with. And there was a Needs Assessment Report on the entire Moccasin compound. So match patchwork and old stuff in dire need of cleanup/updating. I just found the old presentation from 2011. That old powerhouse is so cool from the outside, but inside....eeeeeewwwwww. They should turn it into a lodge attraction and generate revenue form it. If it doesn't collapse first. LOL.

    And yes, yes I do.

Crap. I've been fixated on the resi bracket being on the outside. This looks like a better fix. Thanks MJ. Also, whats the story on those rotors?

Porterfield pads, but same calipers. Actually has been a big improvement over stock. Rears are still stock.

I just put in the lower swaybar mount bolts and started cranking. The bracket bent around the bolt head. It was pushing midnight and I just got it done. Not how I usually do things, but it's solid. The only reason for me to cut the bracket is so everything fits nicely, since cutting the bracket will decrease the structural integrity. The reservoir isn't very heavy though, so I'm not really worried about it.

That looks like a good option. My bumper brace sits flatter on the frame, so only the bolt head needs to clear. I'm hoping to keep some of the angled portion connected for rigidity. So I'd leave the reservoir mount on the outside of the bumper reinforcement bracket and just remove the shaded area on my shitty sketch below.
