Not going, went last year to the regionals and games. Twins are going to be here at the end of the month, it will be too hectic to try to go. You should definately go though if yo have a mod that you could do at another time

You'll have a blast, make it to the games to

The regionals are 9hrs away :(

Ya, I want to. My buddy from football qualified so I would love to support him. It all depends on when they hire me back for work too.

Mods are currently being changed .....
    Did the cf.com wod today:

I made a slight change. Instead of jumping pullups, I just did straight pullups. So I did lose a little time doing it this way.

    For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 pull-ups (cf.com called for jumping, but I did regular)
    50 Kettlebell swings, 35lb
    Walking Lunge, 50 steps
    50 Knees to elbows
    50 Push press, 45 pounds
    50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 18 pound ball
    50 Burpees
    50 Double unders

I'm so mad. Not even one workout in this week. The only certainty I have of any physical activity this week will be Saturday when I play in a coed softball tournament. Guess I'll have to jump back on the wagon on Sunday/Monday. It's gonna hurttttt!

BTW, the weird ab vibration thing seems to have gone away for good.

Nice man, congrats. We did balance snatch today, I did horrible. I have a hard enough time with over head squats, so snatches are ridiculous. 170 is pretty good. How is the knee doin?
