I'll be going to AT now, Fit Garage also recommended them. I'm good with the $70 they quoted me.

$70? Price has gone up. That's still a good price tho.

Maybe it's a rush fee to get me in while they're slammed.

Got 2 flats on my subaru last year before I bought the taco. Les Schwab was a freaking zoo with all the people changing to studs and snow tires. They probably just don't have time... Just my 2 cents @thejurgy

I think studded tires should be outlawed.

Soooooooo, I just got home after a long day in pdx. The drive home was worse. Blue Box Pass, hwy 26 at the west side of the rez, was a nightmare! Cars, trucks and semi's all over the place; a nasty sheet of ice for about 8 miles. WAS clear as a bell this morning. WAS going all of 5mph and being very careful. The slope of the road took me straight into another car. Luckily it was just the rear quarter panel. Who knows how to bend tubes? I may need a little more protection! Be careful this winter.
(P.S.: I still think studded tires should be outlawed. I watched so many people try to go thru this mess with studs and ended up making things worse when they got stuck).

That’s funny. I too have gotten my trucks Aligned there. There is no way I could work for that guy. But they do do a good job. Highly recommend.

Too Damn lazy to cook tonight. Ended up ordering out from some freaky Thai place downtown on Oregon st. Hmmmm, I wonder who is co-owner of that place........ Food was great. Tried to get the wife to ask for a TW discount but she wouldn't play along.

Crazy busy downtown with it being first Friday and tree lighting. Hope I can make it thru the parade and the kid's school bazaar tomorrow. I'm getting to hate crowds.

I saw Crabslayer last time I was in there, no TW discount offered but food was amazing as always. Maybe we can get a GB going for some Thai food?!

Hey guys, I go to OSU in Corvallis, and a few buddies and I are headed to the bend area this weekend after finals. Were looking at doing some light wheeling and camping, anyone have any suggestions on where to go? Ive only ever been out to Edison Butte a few times.

p.s. the most "built rig" in our group would be my 01 TRD on 33s. The others in the group are a stock Jeep XJ a 88 4runner on 33s

    Thanks in advance!

You may want to note what the least built rig in your group will be, not the most built. Have fun!

True true. When I was writing that I kind of imagined people would just assume the rest of the group was stock. But I fixed its

It'll be COLD! Edison would be fun. A little snow.
There are loads of trails open due to lack of snow. Sadly, I cannot pontificate my knowledge without a map. There are some good, low impact, routes from west of bend to west of sisters. Good camping......
