Well since everyone is showing mileage on their Tacoma's

Here's mine and way to many miles on it , I've only put 10k miles on my truck in just over 2.5 yrs

:( sorry bud. Prayer sent up for him  That's about what one of the ladies from the college had - went in for surgery, had a stroke and never came back to work. She medically retired and due to HIPPA laws, never heard the whole story. Seems to be happening more and more :(

    :woot:

Heredity? :notsure: You can be skinny as a bean pole and have sky high cholesterol and bp.

I have to go back again tomorrow to get BP check. Hoping its' back down. I don't want to take any more meds. High BP is a family thing. If I could retire now I know that would help.

    Morning friends!

Rain is coming today bringing in the big drop in temps. I'm ready to get myself a camper and snowbird to AZ for the winter!

@Kolunatic, sorry to hear about your coworker. Prayers for his recovery.

Ok guys & gal, let's make 2018 a much healthier year!

Yeah seems like genetics play the greatest role in health. And stress. Including work stress. Today is payday so that helps me a little bit with the stress there, at least for a few minutes.

Weather guessers forgot to forecast snow on top of the ice that formed last night. Dreaming of a white Christmas my ass. Looked at the weather app on the phone and it still said 56* from yesterday. So hit refresh.

    Screenshot_20171205-054333.jpg

Think I'll wait for the sun to come out and melt the snow. Sometime next Spring....
