My auger assembly on my GMG went out on me on Thanksgiving. Finally called GMG and they sent me one pretty quick free of charge even though my warranty was up. Can’t wait to get smoking again. Sucked being out of commission especially seeing your guys food lol!

It might be special order where you are. You guys get the cheap beef. In the southeast, we get the cheap pork.

I love hearing/seeing good customer service. I noticed a large section of paint (2/3 of a sheet of paper) on the inside of my Masterbuilt was peeling after less than two months. Clearly a manufacturing/application defect but the warranty specifically excludes paint and rust. Despite this, they're shipping new parts to me (and based on weight of the box, it may be an entire smoker).

I'll be converting the old one to be my exclusive cold smoker cabinet so I don't have to go the mailbox route. Wife isn't convinced; hopefully the first taste of the cheese that's aging and she'll be on board!

Smoked bourbon chuck roast. Not my recipe.

Tasty! Albeit greasy feeling....and I poured off the liquid to let the fat separate.

5hrs w/apple and mesquite then foiled on top of the veggies for another 4 hours. Pulled at 205.

Awesome shots. The chuckie looks good, too. I haven't done one in a while, but they sure do make great chopped beef sandwiches.

The only time I've really used bourbon was with an injection in to some pork. Turned out pretty good. Would love to see this recipe!

Damn, all these fatties going on and I ate a little beef and pasta. I mean, it was good, but it wasn't fatty good.
