    Currently drinking jack Daniel’s honey. Not my favorite by any means. But when my wife is rearranging our ‘bar’ and hands me a 1/3 full bottle of it and say to finish it to make room for other things, I finish it.

    Not enough...
    Just came back from a week long conference in Vegas. Been drinking nothing there but 14 year Oban. I've had it before, but got a real taste for it this time.... and it was cheaper than $24 Vodka RedBulls. lol

    That's what I asked for as a Christmas present from my GF! Had the mini bottle to try it and liked it. Good stuff. My Suntory Hibiki is about 1/2 gone now and I'm starting to panic! Going back and forth between that and the Basil H to slow the inventory loss...

    I didn't get any of the fruit/orange either on the nose or the taste (that the distiller's notes said it had). I did get some chocolate and nuts with a spicy finish. It's a good'un!

    I was at Total Wines today to get some peppermint schnapps (mix with hot chocolate, yummy when out playing golf in 50f weather) and I visited the scotch isle. Saw a Glenlivet 18 and looked up reviews when I got home. Thought this was pretty funny;

    "I stayed away from this because I had a fiddich 18 and wasn't impressed. I cheated myself this is sooooo good from the nose to the finish, it's like an angel peeing on your tongue."

    Anyone try/drink Angel's Envy bourbon? Totalwine.com shows it as one of the expert's top picks @ 98/100.

    I actually met the distiller at a local Liquor Barn in Louisville several years ago. They were giving out free shots :)

    It is as good as it claims. No bite just awesome whiskey.

    Stuff. Also things.
    Their rye is even better than their bourbon, which is excellent!

    If anyone lives near Fort Worth, TX, check out Acre Distillery. Some pretty good whiskey.
