Unless I missed it, I haven't seen anyone in this thread that has a SR. I have a 17 SR access cab, should the 5100s with 887 OME springs and an AAL work on the SRs? I just want to make sure before I go dump money on a lift, get it and not have it fit on my truck.

Yes they fit. Sr is same truck essentially just different suspension. So you will be the same as my off road essentially after you do it since im running similar aftermarket suspension

Dont forget 1/4” driver side taco lean trim packer to go on the one side and 887 are the taller so your on the threshold of UCA’s that you could always add later if you dont like alignment

One more question if you don't mind...when combining the ome coils and 5100s, what additional hardware do I need for this all to work? Or will I be able to use the old hardware from the oem front struts?

If its a new truck they use the oem hardware. You need front shocks, rear shocks, leafs for rear, longer u bolts for new leafs, springs, driver side trim packer.

    Optional:
Extended brake lines, ucas, diff drop, ecgs bushing

5100's all around, OME 887 with 1/4" spacer, icon 3 leaf aal. 255/75/17 BFG KM's on 4runner pro's. Rigid led pods. Debadged and tinted.
Well, I finally made up my damn mind and ordered my lift today. Pretty standard setup: 3rd gen 5100 with ome 887s and icon progressive aal. No UCA just yet, I'm hoping my alignment will be good enough. Thanks to @Low Range Off-Road for the hookup! I'm hoping everything will be in by Friday so I can install it all this weekend.

i have seen others use the same setup with factory control arms, you should be fine, my brother has his 4 runner at 2.5" in the front and his alignment was in spec, but will get control arms when he can to get better castor and camber numbers

So out of curiosity, if anyone with a third gen has the 888 coils and the 5100 shocks, would they recommended a front diff drop kit from toytec with that big of a lift?...I'm already doing UCAs as well.

What did you do for the rear lift with the 888s up front? Looking to get the most level lift front and back as possible.

That's what's I was thinking about doing on the rear, did you have to do anything else extra, like extend brake lines etc.?

No nothing extra. If your doing it yourself the bolts on the upper control arms are a bitch. You have to bend the inner fender to get them out. Or cut them and get new bolts. The brackets holding the brake lines to the frame in the rear just reach after the adding the blocks.
