I know they are mentioned in some threads but I wanted to direct this at some of the guys who may have had Nitto Terra Grapplers for a while. Im getting ready to get rid of my stock Dunlaps and and leaning towards these. I dont do much off roading but love the look of them.
How many miles are you guys getting out of them?
In general how do they hold up?
    How is the ride?
    Anything similiar you might recommend?

Yeah, there a pretty nice tire. I am looking at the General Grabber AT2. Primarily because of the reviews from the Tire Rack Website and the price of the tire is cheap.

Mine (new) had 13/32's tread left. At 39k miles, I had 7.32's left. In my history running them, they have worn very well, and offer great traction in a variety of off road conditions.

ATO front skid (need more but icon's might fail if I hang anything else from my truck) All-Pro front bumper thanks to a good deal here and a pesky encounter with a rock or 20, total chaos uppers.
I am running 285 60 r18s and have 62 k on them with some tire left! Now granted they are starting to crack and I am in the market for new ones but I had great luck with em.Only small issue I had with em is on wet pavement the slide a little more than my bfgs did. But here in southern california rain is not a big issue. They do great in sand and good on the few rock trails I have taken them on.

I have the P rated 265/70/17 TG's and I came from the dunslops also...they ride quality is great, much better traction, no road noise. They handle the rain just fine and are awesome in sand. I've taken them on rocky trails and they hold up just fine, mine show no signs of wear from offroading. I only have about 18k miles on them, so the tread wear is minimal. My mpg stayed roughly the same, not enough of a change to tell a difference.

I recommend the P rated over the LT to maintain ride quality and mpg.
