    I just wanted to say I love how incredible the patch community is like. With the patch communities help I’ve been able to raise almost $2000 for toys for tots.     This and there are so many f'n drops. I'm fairly new to the hobby and I had no idea. My lord....

    I can't keep up. I have no idea how some folks keep track of all of the drops and sales and such on all of the different sites.

    Generally if there are things I see that I want I will set an alarm for 5 minutes before and in the alarm notes put a reminder in where it's dropping and what patch it is etc.

    It can be a chore sometimes and we end up missing some because everyone and their brother are dropping patches at the same time. Or someone makes a drop and someone posts something to the group at the same time and knocks the drop down when you're waiting for it to appear at the top. The shear number of drops right now is unreal. There's no way you can get in on everything.

    This works for me but can make holidays kind of expensive. My boyfriend and I both like race cars, 4x4's, guns and patches. So that lead to 2 cars in the garage, 2 runners in the driveway, a safe full of guns and patches being ordered to where we have a drawer full waiting to go on or be traded. I feel like every Christmas/Birthday my bank account gets murdered with aftermarket parts and goodies. Just bought him a Romanian PSL at the gun show on Saturday for Christmas and I feel like I got off extremely cheap at $1500.
