My wheels were received on return shipment yesterday. I emailed Moore Racing to update him to that fact. Still no refund to this point.

Seems like he would maybe want to finish this and slow the bad publicity.

 

I thought you said it was in PayPal’s hands and they refund you once they see that the wheels have been delivered?

The deal died, no tracking number ever came to fruition. Ordered on Nov. 8th, given the run around and never got tracking. Brother got fed up and requested a refund on Monday. Thanks Jake for all your help, hope you no longer deal with Chas after this whole ordeal.

 

I too still have not heard back from Chas....he will communicate with Jake but won't respond to my email explaining that my wheels have been returned and received. It's his turn to acknowledge through paypal and then refund.

I called PayPal but sat on hold 30 minutes and hung up. I don't have time to waste on this shit.

Good news is my SR8's will be here to go on my ridge grapplers that have been sitting for over a month.

 

That sucks, hopefully you get the money back soon. Side note, way better wheel choice. I don’t like any wheel method makes.

I just have to say... one thing I have learned working in a customer service industry, it is ALWAYS the fault of the person who set the deal up. The customer doesn't care what is going on behind the scenes. They care about the deal and commitment they made with you (Chas). It is not always fair, sometimes things are out of your hands, but in the end you(Chas) set up a commitment with a customer, and it is your(Chas) job as the 3rd party to see it is fulfilled. Why should the customer have to go to the source when the deal was made with you?(Chas).
I definitely do not have all the details, its just my opinion, and I could be wrong, but that's my two cents.
I think a lot of people on here truly appreciate the customer service you have given them trying to help fix this mess caused by Chas, but it makes you look bad when you say things that make it seem like you are still defending him. I know you might like the guy on a personal level, but in the end, he is really a bad person who has negatively affected so many people. People have a right to be mad at Chas and blame him for mistakes that happened along the path of their deal, regardless if he purposely screwed them or accidently.

 

That’s the thing, no one ever has all the details. Nor do they care

I know man, people assume all the time, especially when angry. I am just saying when there is an angry mob gathered to hang one person who deserves it, don't try and reason with them on how not everything is that persons fault. I can tell by the beginning of the thread all the way till now people are looking to point their frustration at anyone, and I think some of them are trying to put toward you.
You might not care at all and think "WTH do I care? its not my fault and screw anyone who wants to be mad at me, this is not my fault!", but reading your posts I can tell you are genuine and are not thinking that way. You are trying to help this mess that has now been put on you, not because you have to, but because you want to protect your rep.
Just giving my advise on not defending him. I feel you are the good guy and want everyone to see that too. Our rep is all we got man!
