Sounds like a bad power steering pump... :anonymous:

I'll throw in another +1 for the Cooper ST Maxx. Zero problems (even while aired down to 10 lbs), easy to balance, take a beating, great tread life, fairly quiet, and great traction in dirt, snow and the rain. I couldn't be happier.

Strange... right before I replaced my KM2s, I tried pulling an empty Harbor Freight trailer with a plywood floor and walls up a hill while it was raining. At 25mph, I couldn't keep traction around corners. Once I put on the KO2s, I felt like they gripped forever. Now, talking more long term use, I'm about at the point where it's feeling more like a MT tire that you have to slow down for in the turns. I wonder if they will get as bad as the KM2s near the end, or if it has plateaued in characteristics.

I paid something like that - less than half what I paid for the Duratracs they replaced. Good tire, crazy low price. I will buy them again for sure.

I just bought 8 Cooper Discoverer M+S Winter Radials for my truck and the 4Runner. Because fuck ice.

Does anyone here play with crypto currency?

I’ve been playing around with some alt coins and have made a decent profit.

KM2s SUCK in the rain. In general, an AT is going to be better on the street than an MT, but from personal experience the KM2s were horrible on the street (but great off road).

Agreed in the rain, KM2s are like slicks but I had mine sipped and I had immediately more traction. Granted a heavy skinny pedal would lite em up.

Was looking into Bitcoin about 2 weeks before Mt. Gox got hacked and then B/K.
Coins were $800/ea then we watched them sail down to $400 then $120.
I'm kicking myself for not getting 100 coins then...

Oh, and if anyone is curious of the current price of a bitcoin = $12,871/ea

I'll throw another +1 for Cooper's. I've got 37k on them and still above 50% tread. They have been great on and off road. They start off real quiet and as tread life gets down they develope a little hum but that is to be expected.

Pretty sure my friends '04 V6 is AWD also. The way to tell is if it has the CDL switch, right?
