    Every now and again (its been 5.5 months) it still bothers me deeply. Enough that I don't want to socialize and just crawl in bed and cry for a bit. Sadly - or oddly- or whatever this hardened shit is that Ive become - I don't cry much - even ftor a girl. Seen too much as a LEO, been through too much personally, even sappy chick-flicks don't get to me... Im broken... I feel it. I feel the hurt. But Im not outwardly emotional about it... Even sitting her typing this, I can feel the hurt, eyes are only slightly watery, (but I also only slept 3 hours last night so Im tired too - yea, thats it, Im tired!) Anyway, thats gone now and Im ok, back to normal. We've got a stack of moving boxes lined up (because we have so little to move!) and its time to get packing.

    OK. No more debbie downer! Whats Santa brining me/us? I have no earthly idea!

    We're good! our insurance has taken care of our needs.

    TW was overly generous when @jberry813 spearheaded a fundraising for us in July. When the Sonoma/Napa fires happened just a few months later and @IronPeak lost his stuff, I took up the cause and accepted TW donations. I ran it thru the end of November, but I have not sent the last installment. If you're wanting to give, please let me know and I'll hold off a few days.
