I've heard crying yourself to sleep at night is a good core workout...

 

Depends on how serious you are about it. Some light girly weeping, not so much. But if you're doing that whole-body jerky sobbing thing then definitely.

 

If you're not full on gasping for air, are you even really lonely?

 

Dunno. Haven't lived alone since 2003. Kind of miss it sometimes (mostly when the GF is feeling chatty during a movie), but it's nice to have someone to talk to besides the houseplants.

 

I lived with an ex for 2 years. Other than that and a couple brief stints I've been living alone since I was 20. I love it

 

Nothing like having your own space... do whatever you want, how and when you want.

 

I didn't mind it when I did it, but I don't really mind having somebody else in the house either. And the house is big enough that if we want to get away from each other we can. And I've always got the garage, or the heated workshop in it to escape to.

 

Myth. If it were I would be ripped

 

you wouldn’t be wrong. You really have to get the chest heaving and squeeze those abs for those gasping breaths and wailing. If you do it right the burn is amazing. Speaking from experience here.

I find thinking about all my shortcomings usually brings the waterworks.

Drink plenty of fluids. This workout dehydrates you petty quick...

O'Rourke is a cockatiel, so he probably will never speak. But he whistles and chirps and is very cute. He likes Drew a lot too!

 

So this may be a silly question, but the external speaker port on most CBs looks like a normal 3.5mm headphone jack. Could I wire it into my radio and use those as the external speakers?

In planes you can get an intermittent jack so when you’re listening to music, the music cuts out for radio chatter. It’s awesome. Especially since it interrupts the song, you pay more attention to what’s being said.

 

That would be cool! Not sure it would work on my truck, I listen to music over bluetooth.

 

I had enough space to jam the little speaker in right in front of the shifter on my truck

 

That's where I've got my Switch Pro panel. IDK if it would fit behind there or even work well there. Hmm...
