So, does anyone else except @Shiki Shabazz use Binance, or has anyone tried to create an account lately? Because it's not working for me.

Tried to register, and I got an email with a verification code after quite some time, but it never went to a screen to enter it. So I tried logging in to see if maybe that would trigger it. Nothing. Now it's telling me I only have 2 tries left.

I guess I'll have to shoot them an email tomorrow. I would like to throw some money at IOTA after some light research. But I guess I have to get past this road block first.

It was pretty easy to setup when I did it a week ago. I used Bittrex and GDAX before switching to Binance because IOTA. I know there website doesn't like internet explorer, it prefers Chrome. But after they send the email verification click the link they send fairly quick like within an hour so the link doesn't expire. And you should be good to go. Also, whoever gets any crypto and keeps it on an exchange, make sure you setup 2FA (2 factor authentication). It's just an extra layer of security. Download the Google app 2FA and it will have a vid on there to explain it. Great security.

Bitcoin is going to hit 20k by the end of 2018 easy. The SEC approved BTC futures to be traded on the stock market. Now understand they won't be buying/selling actual bitcoin (research it to understand more) but it's going to make the price skyrocket because it will make Bitcoin closer to mass adoption. The world is only just now SLOWLY starting to hear about BTC. Once mass adoption happens then BTC has the potential to be over 100k in the next 5 to 10 years. Remember, or if you didn't know, there are only going to be 21 million BTC ever produced. That's it. And the last 1 million will take 20 years to produce (around 2040). There have been estimates saying about 2-3 million BTC have forever been lost due to people throwing out hard drives in the beginning of mining that had coins, people losing passwords, people typing in the wrong address when transferring, etc.

I was doing it on my phone. I downloaded their app and tried that first. Got frustrated and jumped on my phone's browser, which is Chrome, but it was still giving me trouble. I'm going to try my desktop when I get to work and see if it works.

Also found out Binance has only been around since something like July. So it may have just been growing pains. Server overload or something. Who knows.

I thought it'd hit 13k by new year but it might even go as high as 14.5k

Looks like BTC isn't even the most expensive coin atm.

I look at ETH like retirement. It will get to the thousands per in the next 5 years. Right now Im looking to maximize gains. And that's IOTA.

Also kinda true.... I have more into ETH than I have BTC so that is what I would want to see go up.

Binance is still giving me problems... And I really want in on IOTA. It was dipped below $4 earlier and back up over now. This is frustrating.

Unfortunately thats the name of the game. Huge gains in price lead to media coverage on the web which leads to more people signing up to get in on it which leads to issues making accounts with so many people. Be patient, keep trying.

It's really concerning with the trouble people continue to have, just trying to set up accounts.. I understand it's possible that it's because many are trying to get in on this, but still.

Take a step back and imagine. Worst case scenario or even less...
Lets say some of this tanks and people panic, which they would. How hard do you think it would be to sell your crypto when everyone else is? Do you think you'd even be able to sell it?

I'm still wondering if for instance... @Shiki Shabazz , you wanted to sell off say half of your IOTA right now, that would be a sizable transaction... Are you confident right now right now, you could complete that process and put that wad of paper in your possession?

Not trying to be negative, just not trying to be blind to everything.. I don't want or want anyone else to get caught up in a frenzy and not at least look at possiibilties of things other than just all positive.
