price is accurate, he in fact paid $9.00 less than me for the same battery.
2015 paid $289.97 out the door. No rebates though at that time.
How much did that 2 year life expectancy Optima cost you?

just over 2 years so far, mine is a deep cycle variety, maybe his is too.
No problems to report yet and the top of the battery is absolutely clean, so it appears to be sealed well too.

Why are you using a debit card?

You should always have some sort of reward credit card for all purchases.

I'm just looking out for you, Hoss.

Last year I was credited nearly $2000 to my checking account just for using a credit card

This year I switched to an airline card and if I want I can pay for a vacation for three with the mileage I earned. Just for using a credit card.

    :notsure:

I only got about $200. I wonder if it's only because I spend 10% of what you do, or if you have a much better card than I do. Probably both - my cards are not with the same people my checking/savings are, though I see my cards talking about higher/extra bonuses when doing that.

No word from insurance adjuster since they took the truck other than when he didn't get up to retrieve a fax and i had to send it twice. I know it's not an overnight thing but an update of progress or what's going on once a week would be the professional thing to do.

All i know is it was taken by them, then another person called a day later to schedule an inspection in Golden (thinking it was driveable). Crickets since then. I left a message early yesterday on a voicemail that proclaimed "I return voicemails the same day they are received".

Why do people with no customer service skills find their way into customer service jobs?

Amen... All of the free money and points you can get.

Plus, a lot of credit cards offer free extended warranties, or price protection (you get money back within x amount of days if price goes down).

Everything goes on the credit cards and gets paid off every month. I have three free flights waiting for the last card i picked up and i keep using credits for all my Amazon stuff.
