Girlfriend says "Hey I grabbed a package for you from downstairs" Cue excitement...

And it seems it was warranted! Some awesome red KC Cyclones to fuel my addiction bought by someone out in CO!

Just got a package and thought it might be my SS but alas...it was a box of shop towels I ordered from Amazon that was fulfilled by Sam's club so the box threw me off ... lol

 

Thought I got my gift in....turns out I just order so much shit I forgot what was coming today. The wait continues.

 

UPS just rescheduled the packages I'm waiting on again..the shits been out for delivery multiple days.. Is the driver getting lost?? How many days past scheduled delivery is it valid to start throwing people..

Ok, it WAS for me, but not TWSS. It was from Bob Almighty and it’s the TW stickers for the huge meet we’re having on Sunday!



For anyone who is in the Austin area on Sunday, Dec 10th - come by the Oasis between 7 and 11 during Cars and Coffee as we enjoy “Tacos and Tacos!” There will be food and coffee, trucks, tuners, classics, and muscle.

And STICKAHS!!

 

So BUMMED... I have been waiting on one for a few yrs now!

 

First before I share with everyone what is in the box, let me take the time to say thank you to @theredofshaw for keeping track this year. It’s a chore. I’d also like to thank my friends, mom, and tcbob. No really though… Thank you to my Santa. You knocked this out of the park!



The first thing I saw was a new LUMINAID. REDEMPTION IS MINE @Madjik_Man

For those who don’t know, madjik_man sent me one of these previously. I used it all summer long and on my last trip I lost it on an unknown trail when traveling the WABDR. I was not happy when I went to use it on my last night and it was gone. So let me give a HUGE thank you to my Santa for getting me a new one. PS I highly recommend these to anyone that wants more lights around the camp site, they compact easy, are bright and rather durable for a inflatable light.



Next up is the Benchmade. I guess my Santa did read through all my bullshit posts. <3
I am super excited to have a kickass blade. This will be my first EDC knife. I know nothing about knives but I know benchmade makes quality stuff! Also good to note- this thing is sharp. Thank you!



Last but not least… This. BRO YOU WENT SO FAR BEYOND. I don’t know what to say. This hits a lot of notes, I can't say anything nearly as beautiful as what others have posted in the past and I won’t try. My house has slowly been evolving into a home and this my friend, hits the spot. <3 <3 <3



Alright here is some fun things I’ll share. The middle picture is a homeward bound picture taken by @JayMac when coming home from WABDR. The fires made for some beautiful pictures but we couldn’t stay. We limped my brother home without front brakes from the Canada border that night. Also related to this photo, at Ikea on Saturday we saw a photo of a road like this and said it’d be cool to have but unless it was our photo, or a place we knew, we wouldn’t want it. Santa was listening at Ikea.

The right photo was on top of Chumstick Mountain. This was the first night of the WABDR this summer. Fires had made it difficult to have concrete plans so we decided to call it a night on top of the mountain. Smoke filled the air, wind howled through the night and fog rose by morning.

The left photo is my first beach trip in the T4R. A new beginning for me. I took my truck to the same beach long ago, just seems like a fitting thing to do!

So let me give a huge heartfelt thank you to @fleckosaurus. This is not what I would ever expect, you’ve outdid yourself my friend. You’ve succeeded in making my spirits bright and I hope the best holiday to you and yours.
PS if you are ever in the area, first round of mouth hugs are on me!

Saw that UPS stock was down today along with news that there were pkg delays. Employees can own stock. If the employees who own stock want to make more money, they will move more pkgs faster.

 

There are now 2 packages on the way to a state south of Colorado. I'm excited to see which one wins the race.
