Decided to upgrade to the @wheelersoffroad u bolt flip kit with Icon striker pad!

 

Did u have the inserts painted or did u just install them the way they came? About to replace my chrome ones as well

Sorry. I’ve been referring to the bumper end caps as inserts. You replaced those too, right?

 

I painted the rear bumper and fender flares with bed liner paint as well as painting the front grille black.

 

Look what was at my door step when I got home....

sold my FRO slimline bed rack, bought the FRO slimline cab rack for my now in productions Snugtop sportsman package shell

yup, so i can still run the tent when necessary

 

before you put the shell on be sure to seal under the bedside mouldings to the top of the bed sides. you will also need to seal the plastic plugs into the
aluminum extrusion at the front of the box and between the aluminum and the box and the fill the gaps on either side of the aluminum rail. I had my shell installed and they
did none of this to seal it and the 4 clamps werent enough to keep it from moving and rubbing the paint above the tail light. I will be adding 4 more clamps this weekend.
I havent even off roaded it yet it moved just from dirt road vibration. and add the bed stiffeners to the tailgate i was told tehy are worth the money to keep the steel brackets
from flexing and cracking.
