    Kinda forgot about that..... I know where your coming from though, and it ain't fun! Ruptured spleen, multiple torn tendons in my shoulder, and multiple broken ribs (all separate occasions) have taught me to sleep on my back and not move. I will literally wake up in the same position I passed out in. People think I'm weird o_O

    Mix that in with pain killers and muscle relaxers and you're gunna have a bad night!

    I did one night with the drugs thinking it'd help, and it really only made it worse cause it fucked my sleeping pattern up. Poured those pills down the drain the next day. Drugs are bad, m'kay!

    If you have a good amount of pillows try sandwiching yourself in between some and roll up in your comforter like a chimichonga. It'll keep you stationary.

    Sleep is good!

    Pills can be good for pain.
    I know this. I do not take my medication unless I'm really really hurting like when you wake up and just basically can't move.
    Then I take a bong toke which usually levels my head out.
    And if it's like that I usually just go back to sleep.
    But thankfully it's not like that everyday I still hurt everyday cuz of my injuries but the tree :rasta: helps me not focus on it.
