    205 pound Deadlift, 5 reps
    13 Push-ups
    9 Box jumps, 24 inch box

    18 full rounds!



    I know it calls for 295 as rx'd, but that was my last 3-rep max, so wasnt real comfy using that for so many reps today. I probably should've moved up to like 225, but thats ok. I felt real good throughout the whole workout.

    monday i got one that got a little worse today on my pinkie. Then during the workout, it started with my middle finger near the top knuckle, then another just below my ring finger and that's the one that is hurting
