Watching late night news they're showing a massive flare up near little Tjunga canyon from the creek fire and the sky is bright orange

I don't need to google that one. I learnt that one when I was stationed in Texas.

:pccoffee: Potluck in the office today, dog gets to spend the day at doggie day care.

    Jerky stack.jpg

I go by the Jack Links outlet in Wi. from time to time. Always wondered about Beef Jerky and Outlet on the same sign. Then again they claim protein products not so much Jerky.

And sugar. That is why store bought stuff taste so good it always seems to have sugar in it. Almost have to make it yourself if you want to avoid sugar.

That was here last night when I went to get groceries had to put it in 4 wheel to get out of the driveway. Not snowing now, it is 9 this morning but above zero at least.

I can't even imagine how that goes on. Is it like a mist that goes on?

I make my own to avoid the whole list of ingredients. Mine has to be frozen since there aren't any preservatives, but thawed it still has a shelf life of about 10 days (thawed).

In fact, I do believe it's time to make a batch of jerky and dried fruits.

Well the xerox gods were kind to me and the scanner worked this morning so the paperwork is done, at somebody else's in-box and I can go play for another 23 days.
