    I have the worst munchies, it dosent help that I often have 1 or 2 hour gaps of nothing to do other than stare at my phone, so I tend to much on something just to break up the boredom.

    It's been a mix of 12s, 8s, and 4s - on both day and night shifts. I'm pretty pooped at this point...

    try 6 hrs on, 6 hrs off for 14 days some time. ive even done 28 days straight once. without a full 8hrs rest ever things start to get weird.
