    N/A I got 18mpg highway, 15mpg city.
Blown with the 2.85" pulley and UCON, 16MPG highway, 12-13mpg city. That is with trying to stay out of boost as much as possible.

4wd and 31.5" tires. Couple hundred pounds of armor.

I had a drive from Texas to Cali and got 15 on the way there (headwind) 18ish on the way back (mostly tailwind). No armor here.
Hoping for better mileage since I finished the rest of my exhaust (2.25" equal length y-pipe, 3" from merge collector back.)

Lordy, I realize I'm not toting heavy duty bumpers or associated weight and only upped the tire size to 275/65/16, but some of your guys mpg's is downright scary. My 2010 and the current 2015 get very similar mpg of 15-16 in town and 19-21 on the road. Similar to a few tuned 6.0 GM products, even one with an sc.
If I could only pull 12-15 mpg out of one of theses tacos I'd have to go back to a full size GM with the 6.2. With a cai and tune I believe I could get 15-20 mpg while sporting 440hp or so.
I'm looking forward to a bump in mpg and hp with this new tune. Gaining another 20hp and picking up another mpg or so with better driveability should be a win-win.

16/20/18 which was basically what it was before I got the blower.

Only mods apart from the blower are the 320lph fuel pump, everything else is stock and I'm at ~900' MSL.

So, I imagine that a lot of guys, myself included, like seeing big power gain numbers up at the top of the rpm range. But, in all honesty. Aside from when I’m just goofing off; that’s not where the truck gets driven. I am anywhere between 1000 and 3500 rpm at partial throttle 90+ percent of the time. The graphs you put up basically start at 3500. Surely there’s lots of niceness to be had in the lower rpm ranges. Did you tinker down in those areas with Murph’s Truck at all? I’m betting there’s a lot more grunt down lower to be had with that blower helping out.

Now that the discussion has turned toward mpg, I’m guessing that may be your next area of study.

Personally, I’m super interested in yesterday’s tuning session because my truck has very similar mods. TRD tune, Intake, 2.8 pulley, same exact headers, upgraded fuel pump. Although, my truck is the older 1gr with the vvt on one cam only and a manual transmission.

I have a GMC with more power, but I can't wheel that sumbitch worth a damn compared to the taco... let alone trust it to get me across the country and back. Mileage/power isn't the main determining factor for what I drive, but I can't wait to get a hold of a decent tune that improves the efficiency of this motor.

Problem is that it is difficult to impossible to get low rpm dyno pulls where the data is relevant/consistent. Most low rpm tuning is "seat of the pants".

You’re right. I was researching the later roller rocker heads yesterday and had myself cornfussed.

There is definitely more power to be gained and I did a lot of tuning of the VVT in lower rpm and part throttle lower rpm. Problem was that the truck would downshift if I loaded it up in rpm that low.

I'm looking forward to a tune that maximizes low end power (under 3k rpm) for towing and/or fuel mileage. I don't really care about top end power.

My understanding is that killer chillers are good for short term demand like a drag race or passing. Not great for sustained power demands.

I've been researching AWIC setups for my Subaru. We can't upgrade the intercooler in the Magnuson housing, but we can help out the other parts. The OEM pump is about 5gpm, a Bosch Cobra equivalent if I'm not mistaken. Upgrading that to a Davies Craig 10gpm or Meziere 20gpm unit in addition to a larger heat exchanger might be a good upgrade path for the higher boost systems. I don't have a water temp sensor on my supercharger yet, but I may get the experiment bug and try things out.

For MPG, N/A, I'm getting right about 16.8 city, and 20-21 on the highway. With my car trailer loaded and towing in 4th, that drops to about 9-10 MPG
