    Happy Thursday everone.

To everyone in the fire areas be safe.
We had just a dusting of snow last night.
Done working 12hr days this week, back to 8hr. Alot of people on 1st shift are wanting me to come to 1st shift. I just don't like dealing with the staff on 1st. The engineering staff is too pushy.
Taco Bell is a very poor excuse for Mexican food.
Found out that the meat market where I take my venison will only accept trimming now. They won't butcher deer any more. I was planning on taking the 2 shoulders in for hot dogs.

Morning all, still here. Winds weren't as bad as they said in our valley so the fire went the other way

I couldnt even eat the popcorn chicken, a kfc burrito? Would you eat fried chicken at a taco bell? Wait was it a combo place? Cuz taco bell is not a real burrito.

I know there’s lots of good things about living in California but you guys have more than your fare share of catastrophic events.

I don't think I could drive through there for a commute. I'd stay at home get ready and wait for a evac order. Wouldn't be able to get anything done at work anyway!

I could drive through it ...Once with a Uhaul with everything I owned and keep on going ....:{ I seriously do not know why folks would want to live there . Not banging on folks that do I am sure they have their reasons I just can't come up with any really good reasons.

Well that’s one way to slow down traffic on the 405.

    Wholly crap that’s surreal.

I had the dogs out with me while I was cleaning up by the willow tree. They were keeping busy looking for muskrats.

    Afternoon everyone

No strong winds in my area last night just the normal 10-15 mph breeze and cold temps

Guessing there's lots of money in CA. One of the CPT's that work for me is getting out of the Army after eight years. Was offered a job at Cisco in San Jose. With the signing bonus and other perks he's looking at well over $200k his first year.

Fires are bad enough, we have horrible winds- like nothing we’ve seen here. I have 3 umbrellas in back yard- not anymore! Been looking around for blocks, not a sign of them anywhere. Will probably land on someone’s car!

The winds up here in the Hi Desert may not be as strong as down the hill but it has really made the view awesome here . I can see very clearly the hills near Barstow and that is 35miles NE of me

The winds in the Cajon Pass are insane , 35mph sustained , gusting to 65mph right now
