    If you're in the San Diego area (near SDSU) or even if youre not and need a welder; I've got a great hookup I'd love to share.

    Jim Hanson has a shop he calls Bronco Fab and welded my sliders yesterday. He does awesome work, SUPER honest, and a nice guy all around. He is also a great mechanic (he's helping me with my 1965 dodge project).

    So if you're having problems with a car (engine, trans, breaks, whatever) or want something welded and you're looking for an honest guy (and i'm serious - very honest and a hard worker) ; Jim's that guy.

    yah the 273, 318, 340, 360 = same block, different displacement. I'd love to find a 360 and drop it in there and dress it like my little 273. I only weigh in a bit shy of 3000, so a 273 with 250+ hp.. that little thing MOVES and sounds good with a holley 4 barrel.

    BUT the point of this thread! GO call Jim. Do it. He welds and fixes things awesomely for good price.
